Visitor
So I got up a little bit late this morning. Then it was time for me to go to see my Therapist. We spoke mostly about the move I will be making in January to another country. I will say more about it at a later stage. Then I went to Gym where I did some rowing and circuit. It went ok. Then I went back to the Abode where I sat on the sofa for awhile then proceeded to clean the bathrooms because I have a guest who is coming to night and will be sleeping over. So tonight will be different where we will spend most of the time catching up instead of watching Tv. Then once again it will be time to go to Bed.

Visit
Got up normal time then put the washing in and went back to Bed. Got up again when the laundry was finished. So today I went to go visit my Relative. Just hung out and caught. Did go with them to go get some Groceries. When it was time I came back to the Abode. Had some workmen come out to work on some security stuff. They weren't here for long. Which I am thankful for. Now posting and later much of the usual.

Music
Did some washing after having got up at the normal time this morning. before I forget I watched Dead Man Down last night. It was not bad for a thriller. Anyway after having done the washing went to drop the Dvd off. Then went to a Mall not too far from here where had breakfast. Then went to go get a present for my Relative. Then stopped at a music shop to try and find Placebo Loud Like Love. They did not have it. Fortunately this Mall has more than one music store. So managed to find it at the other Music store. It was the last copy. After this went to another Mall to get mats for the front and back doors. Then went to a Grocery store to get stuff for the week. After which went back to the Abode. Where telly was watched till now. After posting it will be the same as usual.

Italian
So got up at the normal time today then went for Breakfast at a Mall. While there bought Groceries for the week. Left there and went to a shop to look for stuff bought some T Shirts there. Then took the groceries back to the Abode after that went to another Mall. Look for presents for the Relative. Found some cool stuff. Then went and got a Dvd. Then went back to the Abode. Then my Relative came for a visit and has just left. So now I am posting and the rest will be the usual which will end up with me in bed. Last night after having signed the Papers went out for dinner at an Italian restaurant. Which was really good. Glad went out for a change.

Papers
I am posting early today since I have to go out just now to go sign some papers. If I left till later it would be too late. So I would rather do it now. So I got up a little bit late this morning and did the washing jumped back into bed. Then when the washing was finished I got up. I hope that all made sense. Had a technician come around to fix the alarm lead time. That did not take too long. Just got back on top of my bed after he had gone.Got up just now to fold the washing and to start Blogging.Tonight will be the same as usual nothing different there. I will go out just now and come back it will be Telly etc.

Relative
Well I was not able to sleep late today since I had to let a workman in. So therefore I got up just before I normally get up. After that it was back on top of my Bed. I stayed till Lunch and you got it right if you said that I had Muesli for Lunch. Then it was back to Bed until I had to get up to clean the Abode. Which went quite quickly this time. Thank goodness. Now I am posting and later will be the usual which ends up me going to Bed. My Relative phoned me wanting to see me but I could not make it today or tomorrow. Probably go on the weekend.

Weight
So I put in some washing and then jumped back into Bed. Once that was finished I had to get up to take the Linen off so I could wash it. Then made the bed and jumped back onto the bed stayed there until Lunch time when I had some Muesli. Oh yes I measured my weight yesterday and I have gained. Which is not good since I am trying to lose. Well what can you do. I am probably eating too much now. From one extreme to the other. Anyway got back onto my Bed after Lunch and stayed there until I had to clean the Abode and take the trash out. And now I am posting and after this the usual which you should know by now ending with me in Bed again. lol
