So I went a got Mc Donald's last night and Pigged Out. Two Burgers and Super Sized Chips and Coke. So for the Moment My Craving has been satiated. But I have already started thinking about what to have on the Weekend. I will have to do a serious amount of gym next week. This week I have been lazy. It really is difficult to lose if you have these Cravings. lol
