I Got Myself Started

So i got to thinking again which for a blonde is dangerous occupation. I remember reading about a Tribe that when a child is born do not assign a gender to the child irrespective of what is happening between the legs. Which I have to say is very healthy. On the other hand there are tribes in Africa that circumcise their woman. Which leads to complications one among them is being incontinent. Ok the first one was brilliant we should have a time machine go back to find that person who came up with that and Give them every award we have. Oscar, Grammy, Nobel you name it. Now for the latter person that came up with that ludicrous idea of circumcision of female. That person needs to hunted down and slowly tortured over many days and not allowed to die until they realize what a heinous idea that was. Now what I want to know is. Who are these Noodles that decide to impose all these ridiculous customs, traditions etc on humanity? What were they thinking and even today what are they thinking? Or maybe more importantly are they thinking at all?
